This is normal. The status stays For Submission even after you successfully submit to PhilHealth. It does not change to "Submitted."

So if you've already sent your cases and the submission came back successful, you're done. There's nothing else you need to do, even though the label still says For Submission.

How do I know my submission actually went through?

Look at the result you get when you submit, not the status label.

  • When you submit and the result is success, your cases are already sent to PhilHealth.
  • If you get an error instead, the submission did not go through. Try again, or see our guide on submission errors.

The For Submission label is just the case status in your system. It will not flip to "Submitted" once you've sent it.

Then why do some of my cases say "Submitted"?

Cases that show Submitted are imported data from your previous provider. Those were already submitted before your data was brought into the system, so they carry that status.

Cases you record and submit through the SeriousMD YAKAP system will stay as For Submission.
