Quick answer
The orange ⚠️ means the date of your PCU is different from the date of the visit.
It is a warning, not an error.
- You can still finish the visit.
- You can still submit the case.
- Nothing was deleted. Your transaction numbers and photos are still there.
It is the system tapping you on the shoulder, not blocking you.
How the check works
Think of the PCU transaction number like a receipt. The receipt has a date on it.
The system does one simple thing. It looks at the date on your receipt, and it looks at the date of the visit.
- Same day? You get a green check ✔️.
- Different day? You get an orange ⚠️.
That is all it is doing.
Which columns get a check?
It depends on the type of visit.
| Type of visit | What gets checked | Where the ⚠️ shows |
| FPE (first visit) | PCU 1 and PCU 2 | PCU column, YES (MCA) column, or both |
| Follow-up | PCU 1 only | PCU column |
| No transaction number saved | Nothing | No warning at all |
What the ⚠️ does NOT mean
It does not mean you are blocked. The visit still moves to For Submission. It still goes out with your batch.
It does not mean anything was deleted. This check is new. Your old records did not change. Open the visit and you will still see the transaction number, the photo, and the Success status.
It does not mean a row with no warning is correct. This one surprises people. If you only uploaded a photo and never typed in a transaction number, that row stays clean. Not because it is right. Because there is no date for the system to look at.
So a clean row can mean "this is fine" or it can mean "the system cannot tell." The ⚠️ is on your side. It only speaks up where it can actually see something.
How to stop it from happening again
- Do the PCU 1 liveness check on the day of the visit, while the patient is still with you.
- Save that transaction number on that same day's visit record.
- If it is an FPE, do PCU 2 (the Digital YES) on the same day too. Enter it in the HCI portal under YAKAP > Empanelment Slip before the day ends. The portal will not accept a transaction number from a previous date.
- A new transaction number every visit. No reusing.
Do those four and the ⚠️ will not appear.
