Daily Registration
Your real-time queue of patients ready for FPE/Profiling and/or Consult.
Patients who passed through the PCU Checker app today will appear here. If a patient is missing, they likely haven't gone through the PCU Checker yet, or your Masterlist may need a fresh import.
Lab Results Queue
Your central place to encode and track diagnostic tests. Tests ordered during a Consult land here, so you can update results without opening each patient record.
Pharmacy Dispensing
Where you track and document medicines given to the patient.
Import Masterlist
Syncs your local records with PhilHealth's official enlistment list for your facility. Importing regularly keeps your patient PINs and enlistment dates accurate before you encode. We recommend importing whenever PhilHealth releases a new batch, or before any big submission day.
Submit Cases
Where you transmit Tranche 1 and Tranche 2 claims to PhilHealth. Pick the date range, choose the tranche, and submit directly without leaving SMD YAKAP.
