Please check the following on the computer you are installing the PNSS app on:
- Is the Windows 32-bit or 64-bit? If it's 32-bit, the Pre-requisite software were not installed, so the license key will not work. Only 64-bit computers can run the PNSS app for various reasons. Please upgrade your Windows and install it again.
- If it's a 64-bit Windows and the license key still doesn't work, you might not have installed the Pre-req installer OR the license key copied was not correct. Please double check both and if it's still not working, please get in touch with the support team via pogs@seriousmd.com
